langkawi - butang group - tarutao

starting from the malayan island langkawi, you board felidae in the elegant marina and sail straight over the thai border towards the large and remote tarutao marine national park - an wide stretched archipelago of around 50 mostly uninhabited islands and amazing nature, white sandy beaches, rainforests with waterfalls and good snorkeling along the coast lines koh lipe, the only constantly inhabited island invites for an evening on shore to enjoy the sunset at one of the colourful beach bars.

koh tarutao, the former prison and pirate's island, is a good sailing distance away towards thailand's mainland and is exciting for the nature and wildlife treks, caves, and waterfalls.

> example 2: good for scuba!
langkawi - butang group - koh phiphi - koh lanta

coming from langkawi and the butang group, there are two routes for the way from the butang group north to koh lanta and koh phiphi:

2 - the shorter sail points directly across the open sea towards the twin islands of koh rok there's a ranger station with impressive lizards to be visited and some of the best snorkeling in the whole area. from there the way to koh lanta can be taken directly or with a detour to koh kradan, koh muk and koh ngai.

koh lanta itself is around 35 km long. before you get dropped at one of the beaches of your choice, enjoy a cruise along the island's attractions on board: one nice anchorage is in front of lanta old town. this tiny traditional fisherman's village is beautifully maintained by the inhabitants and features great restaurants and shops. the way from there around the lighthouse on the southern tip brings you along some amazingly beautiful beaches like kantiang bay with the top level luxury resort pimalai or klong dao, the center of lanta's tourism in the north.

koh lanta is a fine location to finally drop the anchor and to switch the program: atmospheric resorts at all categories await the far traveled sailor, often offering spas or swimming pools. get pampered with some luxury after an adventurous week on a pirate's boat and take in laid back lanta-life...

if you've got the time: stay on the island a bit longer, as the scuba diving is some of the best that can be found on the coast and we organise vip diving trips to koh phiphi, koh haa and hin daeng and hin muang.

the full charter prices include all food, non alcoholic drinks and snacks on board. kayaks and snorkeling gear are on board and free to use. a zodiac and a tender serve as vessels for trips ashore. scuba diving available on request.
